Mike Hall – Director of Engineering
Mike has over 30 years' experience in the mechanical and electrical design, operation and manufacturing of horizontal dough mixers, dough handling equipment, and bread dividers. He began as a draftsman for Peerless before becoming Director of Engineering, Research and Development. Mike joined Shaffer in 2008 as the engineering team leader and director of new design development.
